Cal's management of our hazardous materials chemistry courses ensures that our clients are never caught off guard. He is the lead instructor for our Hazardous Materials Chemistry courses.
Cliff Smith
Cliff is as good with explosives as he is with interrogations. He is our Lead instructor for our Emergency Response to Explosives Events courses.

I started STCI to accomplish one goal and one goal only: Make hands on training for safety and emergency response common place for general industry & government agencies.
History
- 1993 - STCI founded & first course delivery (8 hour Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response {HazWOpER} Refresher)
- 2001 - CST Civil Support Skills Course initial delivery at Ft. Leonard Wood
- 2004 - Consulted on and delivered onsite expertise to the Olympic Games Security Division (Athens, Greece)
- 2007 - Started support of International Counterproliferation Program & Cooperative Threat Reduction for DoD (DTRA) & DOJ (FBI)
- 2010 - Started support of DOE (Sandia National Laboratory) programs for training FBI WMD Coordinators
