Cliff is as good with explosives as he is with interrogations.  He is our Lead instructor for our Emergency Response to Explosives Events courses.

I started STCI to accomplish one goal and one goal only:  Make hands on training for safety and emergency response common place for general industry & government agencies.

History

  • 1993 - STCI founded & first course delivery (8 hour Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response {HazWOpER} Refresher)
  • 2001 - CST Civil Support Skills Course initial delivery at Ft. Leonard Wood
  • 2004 - Consulted on and delivered onsite expertise to the Olympic Games Security Division (Athens, Greece)
  • 2007 - Started support of International Counterproliferation Program & Cooperative Threat Reduction for DoD (DTRA) & DOJ (FBI) 
  • 2010 - Started support of DOE (Sandia National Laboratory) programs for training FBI WMD Coordinators
